Thèmes de recherche

My current research is focused on the study of perovskite oxide membranes using optical and surface probe techniques.
Previously, I worked on the study of 2-dimensional and nano-materials using Raman spectroscopy and exploiting their properties for device applications such as resistive random access memories, hard disk drives, photodetectors and sensors.

Activités / CV

My PhD at the University of Cambridge and Newnham College focused on amorphous carbon based resistive random access memories and data storage devices, and the study of light interaction in 2D materials and heterostructures. After the PhD, I stayed on as Research Associate at the Cambridge Graphene Centre and Junior Research Fellow at Wolfson College, Cambridge, before being appointed as lecturer in Quantum Engineering at the University of Exeter, where I became a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. Since 2022, I have been working in France with the French National Centre for Scientific Research (CNRS). I have obtained my Habilitation à diriger des recherches from the University of Strasbourg in 2024 and am now based at the GREMAN laboratory in Tours.
