Research interest:

Morphotectonics: Identification, localization and kinematics of faults (using remote sensing, aerial photography, DEMs at different scales, photogrammetry,..). Characterization of the past ruptures history along active fault systems (detailed mapping of paleoscarps and alluvial/colluvial deposits, geomorphic markers, topographic survey and structural analysis). Material: GPS RTK (R8), Drone, 3DScanner and Total station (Trimble)
Paleoseismology: Trenching and dating key deposits
Geochronology: Coals for ¹⁴C dating. Use and calibration of radiocarbon ages (Oxcal, Calib softwares). Luminescence (OSL, pIRIRSL), cosmogenic nuclides (¹⁰Be, ³He, ²⁶Cl) and radiochronology (U/Th) dating proxies. Basic knowledge about Ar/Ar dating on clay gouge sample.
Geodesy: GPS survey and data treatment
General Geology: Fieldwork geology, tectonics, geomorphology, structural geology, petrology, volcanology
