Erasmus+ BIP staff training week: ‘The role of administration in the student's experience’

The University of Tours (France) is organizing an Erasmus+ BIP staff training week: ‘The role of administration in the student's experience’, which will take place from Monday 20 to Friday 24 October 2025 at the Tanneurs Campus in the city centre.
This programme is primarily aimed at administrative staff involved in key tasks such as course registration, student timetable management, issuing transcripts of records and organising exams.
During this week, the sessions will explore the needs of our NEOLAiA students and how our administrative practices can best support them. This will be an opportunity to discuss our respective organisations, compare our methods and discover approaches from other university cultures.
The aim is also to foster networking opportunities: to meet colleagues from other backgrounds, share ideas and lay the foundations for future long-term collaborations.
All this will take place in a friendly and inspiring setting in the heart of the Touraine region, between the châteaux of the Loire Valley along the Loire River.
The programme will be conducted in English and will include:
- a pre-mobility online session to get to know each other and find out about the participants' profiles,
- face-to-face training in Tours,
- and an online follow-up session after the mobility.
Places are limited, so registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
