from May 3, 2025 to May 4, 2025
From 3 to 4 May 2025, the task force in charge of implementing the NEOLAiA Pedagogical Hub (WP2) gathered at Ostravská univerzita (Czech Republic) for two days of collaborative work. This strategic meeting laid the groundwork for the 2025–2026 academic calendar of activities, strengthened coordination between partners, and accelerated the development of new self-paced training modules to be hosted on the Pedagogical Hub.
Coordinated by the University of Tours, the NEOLAiA Pedagogical Hub is a collaborative platform designed to support the professional development of teachers, administrative staff, and students across the alliance’s nine partner universities. Through flexible learning formats (such as self-paced modules, webinars, and collaborative workshops) and interactive spaces like the Virtual Café, the Pedagogical Hub aims to foster innovation, inclusion, and the sharing of best practices. Hosted on the University of Tours' Learning Management System (Moodle), the Pedagogical Hub empowers higher education actors with accessible pedagogical resources. During the meeting in Ostrava, partners officially launched the co-construction of four online training modules, to be released in December 2025 and April 2026, focusing on key themes including inclusion, interculturality, pedagogical innovation, and international collaboration.
This meeting in Ostrava highlights the partners’ shared commitment to advancing pedagogical transformation in European higher education. It reflects a common ambition to promote innovative, inclusive, and collaborative teaching practices, while reinforcing the alliance’s capacity to respond to the evolving challenges of the academic landscape.
