Intended for academic and administrative staff at partner universities, these new self-paced modules have been developed under Work Package 2: Teaching & Learning (WP2) of the NEOLAiA alliance. They aim to foster the sharing of knowledge and best practices across the Alliance's universities. Developed by educators in collaboration with instructional designers from NEOLAiA member universities, these modules—offered in English—reflect a commitment to supporting pedagogical innovation, the internationalization of higher education, and the promotion of inclusive learning environments.

What is a self-paced learning module ?

A self-paced module allows you to learn flexibly and independently, according to your own availability. Fully accessible online, it provides the opportunity to explore new topics, develop professional skills, and enrich your practices without time or location constraints. Each module combines theoretical resources, concrete examples, and reflective activities, allowing participants to progress at their own pace.

Completing a module awards a certificate of participation.
