Webinar: “From Idea to Venture: Student Entrepreneurs’ Stories”

How can an innovative idea evolve into an impactful business venture?

What opportunities, challenges, and lessons shape the entrepreneurial journey of students and young graduates?

As part of the entrepreneurship activities of the NEOLAiA European University Alliance, the University of Salerno is organizing an inspiring webinar dedicated to the experiences of former student entrepreneurs who successfully transformed their ideas into concrete and innovative ventures.

Delivered in English, this webinar will give participants the opportunity to hear from Stefano Bini, Founder and CEO of Alfred, and Ennio Adinolfi, Founder and CEO of MinervaS. Through their personal experiences, they will share the key milestones of their entrepreneurial journeys, as well as the challenges they encountered while launching and growing their businesses.

The discussion will highlight how knowledge and skills developed at university can be leveraged to create innovative solutions addressing contemporary challenges, particularly in the fields of artificial intelligence and sustainability.

The session will be moderated by Rosangela Feola, Associate Professor of Business Economics and Management at the University of Salerno. It will also feature Bice Della Piana, NEOLAiA Scientific Coordinator at the University of Salerno, and Roberto Parente, Full Professor of Business Economics and Management at the University of Salerno.

Open to all, this webinar is intended for students, researchers, PhD candidates, academics, and anyone interested in innovation, internationalization, and entrepreneurship.
